Patron- Karnopticon

As discussed in this post, a caster of Karnopticon has a 50/50 chance of summoning the Harvest Queen or the Blight Queen. Roll a d10 every time Karnopticon is invoked - 5 or below is harvest queen, 6 or above is blight queen. Pleasing one or the other will make it more likely to summon them - 6 or below, then 7, etc.

Harvest Queen

12-13: Nourishing honey flows from the casters hands for 1d6 hours. The honey will restore d4 health to all who drink it (Max once per hour).
14-17: The caster spews royal jelly for 1d6 rounds. Anyone who ingests it will get +1d10 strength for half a day.
18-19: Cocoons wrap around the caster and the party, regenerating them. Recently dead party members and severed limbs will be given carapaced replacements.
20-23: Jelly coats the caster, immobilizing him for 1 round. He will then burst out as a mutated hulk with +2d6 to attack. After 2d10 rounds he will collapse and sleep it off until he returns to normal.
24-27: Insects spew forth from the earth to protect the party. They will come between them and any attackers, blocking attacks for 2d10 rounds. If necessary, they will drag the party to a safe location.
28-29: The caster may bring honey forth from his hands at will for 2d10 hours. It will heal as lay on hands.
30-31: All the insects of the earth come forth to rescue the party, dragging them underground into healing cocoons. Dead and dying allies within five miles will be healed back to life underground, and may then burst forth into the world above at their leisure.
32+: Everybody in the party is mutated into avatars of the Harvest Queen. +d6 AC carapace, insect wings, +d20 to all attack rolls, +d10 HP. Dead and dying allies within five miles will spew royal jelly and be immediately healed to full health.

Blight Queen

12-13: All insects within 100 feet are drawn to devour 1d8 targets in line of sight. Damage and distraction will depend on insects in range.
14-17: Every enemy in sight is inflicted with a random disease.
18-19:
20-23: A worm flies from the casters finger tips to burrow into the target for 1d6 damage. Boils then erupt on their skin, exploding in 1d4 turns and releasing d8 more worms in every direction. This will keep going for as long as it can.
24-27: Weevils swarm up a victim's orifices to begin devouring their brain. 1d4 damage per turn. The victim will forget one important fact every time the worm damages them (Like spells or weapon training), and must roll a will save to perform any complex thinking.
28-29: d8 Mosquito women are summoned. Flying emaciated women, they dive at enemies proboscis-first to impale them and begin sucking 2d8 health and 1d6 constitution per round. Any impaled enemies have a 1/10 chance of getting malaria.
30-31: Rot grubs swarm from the ground to infect all enemies within line of sight.    A burrowing grub deals 2d6 points of temporary Constitution damage each round. At Constitution 0, the victim dies. The Grubs may be killed by burning or amputating the infected limbs. While infected all enemies will gain rot grub fever, wildly attacking the nearest entity.
32+: The sky turns black. "They will cover the face of the ground so that it cannot be seen. They will devour what little you have left after the hail, including every tree that is growing in your fields. They will fill your houses." Anything exposed within a five-mile radius has the flesh stripped from it's bones (Fortitude save for just 2d20 damage). Personal friends of the caster within 30 feet are protected. All food in the area will be devoured. The land may never recover.

Patron Taint

Roll a d6. The first time a result is rolled, use the effect labelled 1. If it is rolled again, add effect 2, and so on.

1. The caster is infested.

  1. Small bugs and worms from the local area are constantly attracted to him, crawling over his skin at all times.
  2. Tiny insects crawl in and out of his ears, nose, and around his open eyes. He exhales them when he breathes.
  3. The casters chest cavity collapses like rotten wood, revealing him as a hollow insect hive.
2. The caster is malformed.
  1. One arm becomes a praying mantis hook.
  2. He gains massive compound eyes like a fly's. The distorted view leaves things unclear, but he has a large viewing angle and can see fast movement.
  3. His legs conjoin to form a slithering worm end.
3. The caster is a hive mind.
  1. The casters mind begins to conjoin with the insects. He hears them constantly.
  2. He begins to take on the insects world-view (Consume, protect the queen, etc) and must roll a will save to avoid carrying out their urges at inconvenient times.
  3. The caster becomes Karnopticon's drone, devoid of free will. If she gives him a command his body will seize up and begin to perform it until well past the point of death. The caster may roll a will save to regain control of small parts of his body - a leg, etc.
4. The caster is diseased.
  1. Lyme disease from a paralysis tick. A rash, then slow paralysis after a few weeks.
  2. Malaria.
The signs and symptoms of malaria typically begin 8–25 days following infection. The presentation may include fevershiveringarthralgia (joint pain), vomitinghemolytic anemiajaundicehemoglobinuriaretinal damageand convulsions.
  3. The black death.

"In men and women alike it first betrayed itself by the emergence of certain tumours in the groin or armpits, some of which grew as large as a common apple, others as an egg...From the two said parts of the body this deadly gavocciolo soon began to propagate and spread itself in all directions indifferently; after which the form of the malady began to change, black spots or livid making their appearance in many cases on the arm or the thigh or elsewhere, now few and large, now minute and numerous. As the gavocciolo had been and still was an infallible token of approaching death, such also were these spots on whomsoever they showed themselves."
File:Acral gangrene due to plague.jpgZiegler comments that the only medical detail that is questionable is the infallibility of approaching death, as if the bubo discharges, recovery is possible.
This was followed by acute fever and vomiting of blood. Most victims died within two to seven days after infection.
